Steps of Processing
Preparation
Round steel bars are cut into different sizes, and these materials are used to fabricate crankshafts, plungers, and cylinders.
Square steel is cut into the size required to manufacture high-pressure homogenizer head parts.
The stainless steel 304 sheet is processed into various shapes and dimensions to make machine covers.
Fabrication
- Bore the iron casting body.
- Process the flat surface of the pump body by planer and grinder.
- Drill the hole on the iron casting body and pump body.
- General machine tool machining or CNC machining
- Bend the stainless steel sheet, punch the different shapes.
Assembly
- Put the iron casting body on the supporting frame.
- Assemble the parts of crankshaft case.
- Install cylinder parts together with slider parts.
- Put the stainless steel cover on the iron casting body.
- Finally assemble the pump head parts.
Commissioning
- Connect inlet and outlet, connect the power supply., and add lubricate oil into case.
- Start machine, check the machine running direction.
- Load pressure to the reated pressure.
- Inspect the whole machine working situation.
- Check the motor Is whehter normal, crankshaft case temperature is whether normal and seals.
Work Before Shipment.
- Clean the appearance of the entire machine.
- Trim some burrs.
- Check the extra spare parts you bought ,free spare parts and special tools.
- Cover the machine with one or two layers of film
- Pack the machine with standard exported plywood plate.
